ITmode Pro Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy describes cancellation and refund rules for ITmode Pro. Cancellation and refund requests are accepted at payments@itmode.app.

1. Cancellation

The User may cancel the subscription at any time. After cancellation, recurring charges stop and ITmode Pro remains active until the end of the already paid period.

The unused part of the current paid period is not refunded by default unless required by applicable law or this policy.

For the monthly plan, a refund may be reviewed if the User contacts support within 48 hours after payment and has not materially used Pro features after payment.

For the yearly plan, a refund may be reviewed if the User contacts support within 14 calendar days after the first payment. After refund, ITmode Pro access ends.

4. Renewals

If the User forgot to cancel and a renewal charge occurred, a refund may be reviewed within 7 calendar days after the charge if the User has not materially used Pro features after renewal.

5. Partial Refunds

For the yearly plan after 14 calendar days, ITmode may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund for unused full months if allowed by applicable law and payment provider rules.

6. When Refunds May Be Declined

A refund may be declined if the paid period has already ended, the User materially used Pro features after payment or renewal, the request relates to limitations clearly described before purchase, the payment cannot be found, or refund abuse is detected.

7. Request Process

The request should include the ITmode account email, payment date and amount, plan, refund reason, and the last 4 card digits if needed to locate the payment and allowed by the payment provider.

ITmode reviews requests within 10 business days. If CloudPayments or bank review is required, the review period may be extended.

Refunds are made using the original payment method when supported by the payment provider and bank.

After a refund, ITmode Pro access ends when the refund is processed unless otherwise agreed with the User.
