ITmode Pro Public Offer

This public offer is issued by Individual Entrepreneur Sergey Evgenyevich Rozhkov, OGRNIP 323246800070969, INN 246310082661, applying the Russian special tax regime “Tax on Professional Income”, hereinafter the “Provider”, to any legally capable individual, hereinafter the “User”, for ITmode Pro services.

1. Service
ITmode Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional app capabilities:
- up to 16 active focus tags;
- up to 5 profile tags;
- profile status up to 160 characters;
- profile description up to 800 characters;
- full month, year, and all-time statistics;
- focus melody switching without cooldown.
2. Acceptance
The User accepts this offer by choosing an ITmode Pro plan, accepting the offer and recurring payment terms, and completing payment.
If the User does not agree with the offer, the User must not purchase a subscription.
3. Plans and Payment
Available plans:
- Pro Monthly: 299 RUB for 1 month;
- Pro Yearly: 1999 RUB for 1 year.
Payment is made as 100% prepayment. The service price is not subject to VAT because the Provider applies the “Tax on Professional Income” regime.
Payments are processed through CloudPayments. ITmode does not store full card numbers, CVC/CVV, or full payment credentials.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period until canceled by the User.
4. Receipts
The Provider issues receipts under the rules applicable to the “Tax on Professional Income” regime. Receipts may be sent electronically to the email used for payment or stored in the account.
5. Activation and Term
ITmode Pro access is provided for the paid subscription period and activates after payment provider confirmation is processed by ITmode.

6. Cancellation
The User may cancel the subscription in the app when available or by sending a request to payments@itmode.app.
After cancellation, recurring charges stop. ITmode Pro remains active until the end of the already paid period unless a refund is processed earlier.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under the ITmode Pro cancellation and refund policy published at https://itmode.app/legal/refund-policy.
Refund requests are accepted at payments@itmode.app.
8. Downgrade After Pro Ends
When ITmode Pro expires or is canceled, the account returns to the free plan. Existing profile tags and focus tags are not deleted.
If the account exceeds free limits after downgrade, the User cannot add new tags or edit focus tags until Pro is restored or the number of tags is reduced to the free limit.
9. Personal Data
The Provider processes personal data to operate the app, accept payments, provide Pro access, support users, send receipts, and comply with legal requirements.
Payment data is processed by CloudPayments. The Provider receives only limited payment information needed for subscription accounting and support.

10. Support and Claims
Support requests are accepted at support@itmode.app. Subscription, cancellation, and refund requests are accepted at payments@itmode.app.
Claims are reviewed within 10 business days unless additional payment provider or bank verification is required.
